Trattoria Ramo Verde – Carema (To) – Italy
Carema is a small village in the north west of Italy, with 774 inhabitants in Piedmont & is the last town before the Valle d’Aosta. This area is famous for its Nebbiolo vineyards & because this is a SlowFood Presidium. For more info about his, please visit this web site .

Several times I went to the Ramo Verde to eat, for business and pleasure and has always been a winning choice. The dining room is very welcoming and the exudes past memories of the "ancient hot stove"…it seems to eating in a private house with a warm atmosphere & a wonderful fireplace. To this was added kindness, passion and great food! The dishes are well presented and cooked. The style is traditional and proposes also typical flavors of this area. In my opinion it is one of the best places in the valley and should be a must for restaurants addicted like me! So, this is not an awarded restaurant but its strength is the simplicity in the atmosphere but also in the cuisine.
