Le Sushi Bar Du Kudeta – PortoVecchio – Corse - France
Yes I know..this is not Italian cuisine & it’s not in Italy but..why couldn’t you like to visit Corse? Would you like some motivations to do it? Here there are: amazing sea, better that the carribean one (obviously for the colours & not for fauna), interesting choice of cold cuts like raw ham, Lonzu, coppa & cheeses (more info here), the chance to move from sea to mountains in few minutes & enjoy yourself with forests, lakes & natural pool creates by the crystal clear rivers around Corse..Could be enough to book a room for the next summer?
Le Kudeta Sushi Bar is an interesting restaurant because foods are made by Japanese guys, the cuisine is not the typical corse one but the location is one of the oldest building in Porto Vecchio & in particular, this sushi bar is inside an old oil mill, perfectly renovated. The owner are two French brothers that well know Italians but also English and are really hospitable. You will eat excellent sushi & I would say that is better then lots of Japanese Restaurants here in Italy. I would say that is a must-see , for the food , the welcome and the chance also to have a good drink.
