IYO – Milan – Italy
Milan is the second-most populous city in Italy & has the third largest economy among EU cities (after London and Paris) and the largest among European non-capital cities. Milan is the main industrial, commercial, and financial centre of Italy and a leading global city. Its business district hosts the Borsa Italiana (Italy's main stock exchange) and the headquarters of the largest national banks and companies. The city is a major world fashion and design capital. Milan's museums, theatres and landmarks (including the Milan Cathedral, the fifth-largest cathedral in the world, and Santa Maria delle Grazie, decorated with Leonardo da Vinci paintings such as The Last Supper, a UNESCO World Heritage Site) attract over 8 million visitors annually (for more infos about Milano, click here).

I have the opportunity to visit this beautiful restaurant in Milan lots of times in a year, for business but also for pleasure. This was also the first Japanese Restaurant here in Italy that was awarded with a “star” by the Michelin guide. I’m really not a Japanese foods addicted but I’m sure that this restaurant is able to offer "culinary” emotions to his guests! Every course in menu has balanced flavors & accompanied by great atmosphere in particular you can also find amazing desserts!
My favorite course: (In every Japanese restaurant that I visited) are:
Nigiri Sake
Uramaki Ebiten
Maguro no tataki
In my opinion this is one of the best Japanese in Italy and in Milan. This a must see place even just to create a "yardstick of quality" than many shoddy ( or fake ) Japanese restaurants from which we are often attracted !
